In time we organise observer teams, a Senior Observer with four or five observers in each team. All kept to the same area if at all possible. The team lead is responsible for mock tests within his team and reports back to the Observer meeting.
I believe that creating teams of observers in EDAM was another first for a group.
Group has 62 Full members, 43 associate members either undergoing guidance or waiting to start.
