26th April - Oban for lunch

In the first big run of the year, Ian Gilchrist and I took a group of 16 across to Oban in what turned out to be a damp and drizzly day. Hey, we're in Scotland, so we wouldn't be going out much if we didn't go out in the rain. 😁

Unfortunately we had a few punctures on the day, with Adalene succomming first at The Green Welly and Brian at Inveraray. But both got fixed and they were on their way.

We stopped at the Green Welly and then on to Oban for posh fish & chips. From there, we continues to Clachan Bridge over the Atlantic, one of Peter's Photo Rally locations, and down and round to Inveraray for ice cream,. From there, back around past the Rest & Be Thankful to Dumbarton for fuel and coffee in a warm cafe.
