The EDAM Committee Meeting

Agenda

The agenda will change for each meeting but will contain an update on each of the main areas of the club, finances, membership, associates, and events.

Timing

Venue available from 19:00

Meeting starts at 19:10

Usually runs to around 21:00

Attendees

All committee members and co-opted individuals should attend if possible.

All full and associate members of EDAM may also attend to observe the process, though they cannot vote in the meeting.

If you do plan to attend, please RSVP to this invite so we can ensure that we get enough teas and coffees. You don't want to be sitting in the meeting without one!!!

NOTE: While very unusual, there may be a section in the meeting where the committee needs to discuss something confidential, perhaps around complaints, and you may be asked to step out for this section.
