EDAM observed rides can be free

Twist Grip – June 2016

Go FAR - Free Assessed Ride

At EDAM, we understand that many riders want to improve their skills, be it improving cornering, slow speed control, riding through town or a lack of confidence, but they’re not sure what the various further training options to take without having to stump up money for them first.

With busier, more congested roads, hectic pressured lifestyles and the unfortunate presence of uninsured drivers and riders - it may just pay to hone your riding techniques and improve your confidence and awareness of other road users.

GO FAR – Free Assessed Ride

No tests, no published results, just a relaxed one-to- one session with an EDAM observer. Your Free Assessed Ride will help remind you of some good riding procedures, identify a few bad habits and give you a reassured feeling of confidence on our increasingly busy roads.

EDAM has been helping make people more skilled, more confident and safer on the road for many years. With your free session, we will team you up with one of our observers who will take you out for a relaxed and stress free observed run for a couple of hours. They will give you feedback on where your riding is good, where there is room for improvement and give you some tips on how what you can do to improve your enjoyment of riding your bike.

On completion you will be given a comprehensive riding report. Take advantage of GO FAR and make all your journeys safer and more enjoyable.

So what you have got to lose? Well… nothing! Other than the cost of your own fuel, this is completely free. There is no obligation to sign up for anything and we hope you will enjoy your session.
