We need the 3 part form IAM sent you and a completed EDAM membership application form which can be downloaded from the application tab The contribution towards observers petrol expenses for 2011 has been set at £30, so you need to include a cheque for £30

Please send all this paperwork and £30 cheque payable to EDAM to EDAM Membership Secretary Keith Greig 1 Glenbrae Court Bathgate EH48 1DR
