Extreme Filtering

The motorcycle and scooter riders of Rome know a thing or two about filtering, but my goodness, it's not for the faint-hearted.

Member 'Ride Checks'

EDAM is aware that that there is no process via the IAM currently to reassess your riding skills, except by booking an IAM retest.

EDAM National Observers are therefore happy to take Full EDAM members out for a Check Ride and have a chat, if you would like an informal reassessment of better riding.

If you passed your IAM test a few years ago, this may be a useful reassessment to ensure that you are retaining the skills required for your original test pass.

Riding Tip #15

I suppose it is obvious that as hazard road signs must cost a bit to erect, it is worth looking at them. Click on heading to continue reading and watch the video.

Word from the Chair

My theme for this month is:

‘Training is not always the answer and statistics are not always helpful’.
